By initiating a request for purchase, return, refund, or exchange of product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy without modification.
Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?
If your product is:
- Wrong, damaged, or defective
- Lost in transit
- Missing parts
- Or simply not to your liking

Unboxing Video Recommendation
To help us resolve any damage or defect claims smoothly, we recommend recording a video during unboxing. Please ensure the video includes:
- Tax invoice
- Time stamp
- Serial number
- Outer label details
This helps verify authenticity and speeds up resolution.
Return Terms & Conditions
- Return Eligibility: Customers may request a return for any reason. However, if the product is found to be in perfect condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply, along with courier charges borne by the customer.
- Exceptions: If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective, Buy Lights will reimburse courier charges.
- Inspection Requirement: All returns are subject to a quality check by Buy Lights. Refunds or credit notes will be issued only upon successful inspection.

Timeline:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be returned within 3 days of raising the request.

Condition: Returned items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, and warranty cards intact
- Free from wear and tear
Return Process
If a Buy lights store is available:
- Drop off the product at the nearest store.
- Post-inspection, the return will be accepted.
If no store is available:
- Customers must courier the product to the nearest warehouse/store at their own expense.
- If the product is damaged during return transit, the customer is responsible.
Partial Returns
Partial returns are allowed for multi-product orders. However, a single product cannot be returned in separate parts.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Products returned with:
- Physical or internal damage
- Electrical circuit issues
- Scratches or abrasions
...will not be refunded. Customers may retrieve such products if desired.
Credit Note Policy
Upon successful inspection, Buy Lights will issue a credit note within 7 days for the product value minus the 15% restocking fee. This credit note is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed solely at the discretion of Buy Lights, based on the nature of the request and the merits of each case. Situations where a refund may be considered include:
- Return of a product
- Cancellation of an order
- Purchase of a lower-value item
- Product being out of stock
- Any compensation deemed appropriate by Buy Lights
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued only through the original payment channel.
- Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment platform. Buy Lights is not liable for delays caused by third-party settlement processes.
Policy Misuse
If a customer is found to be misusing this policy—such as by frequently returning, cancelling, or refusing orders without valid reason—Buy Lights reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include limiting future transactions.
